Leeds United Single Sign-On: Pre-created account

If you are a Season Ticket Holder, Member, or LUTV Subscriber, we will have pre-created your Leeds United Single Sign-On account.

If you are an existing Season Ticket Holder, Member, have made a purchase on the Ticketing website in the last two seasons, or are an LUTV Subscriber with a Monthly or Annual Pass, you do not need to create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account. We will automatically create your new Leeds United Single Sign-On account using the existing email address you use and will email you to let you know your account has been created.

Your Ticketing Customer Number and LUTV Subscriptions will be linked automatically to your Single Sign-On account based on email.

You will have received an email from us confirming that your new Leeds United Single Sign-On account is live.

How to start using your Leeds United Single Sign-On account

  1. In the email we have sent to you about your new SSO account, please click the ‘Reset your Password’ button. 

  2. On the Reset Your Password page, type in your email and click ‘Next’. 

  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password, click the link, set a new password and click ‘Save’.  

  4. You can now use your Leeds United Single Sign-On account to sign in to leedsunited.com, the Leeds United App, LUTV, Ticketing, and Retail.

  5. If you cannot find the email, please visit INSERT SSO ADDRESS

Yes, everyone needs a Leeds United Single Sign-On account to be able to sign in to leedsunited.com, Ticketing, Retail, LUTV, and Leeds United App.

My Ticketing and/or LUTV Subscription isn’t linked to my Leeds United Single Sign-On account

If your Ticketing or LUTV Subscription is not linked to your Leeds United Single Sign-On account, please contact us on 0371 334 1992 or send an email to [email protected].

I get the message ‘Couldn't find a user for that email’ when I go to the ‘Reset your Password’ page

If you get this message, please ensure you are using the email that you would use for Ticketing or LUTV. If you are still getting this message, you will need to Create an SSO account.

If you have had two Single Sign-On accounts created for you, it is likely that you are using two different emails for Ticketing and LUTV. Therefore each Single Sign-On account is for a different email address.

As an example, John Smith’s Ticketing account uses the email [email protected], therefore a Single Sign-On account has been created using this email and has been linked to John Smith’s Ticketing account.

John Smith also has an LUTV Monthly Pass but uses [email protected] for this account. A Single Sign-On account has been created using this email and has been linked to John Smith’s LUTV account.

If John wants to combine these under one Single Sign-On, he can contact [email protected] and tell us which account he would like to use. We will then ensure both Ticketing and LUTV are linked to this Single Sign-On account.

Alternatively, if he wants to use the Single Sign-On account linked to his Ticketing, he could cancel the LUTV subscription on [email protected], sign-in with his [email protected] account and then resubscribe to LUTV so both Ticketing and LUTV are linked to this one account.

Ticketing

You can only link one Ticketing Customer No. to each Leeds United Single Sign-On account.

Going forward, every individual will require their own Leeds United Single Sign-On account to be able to purchase tickets online, using a unique email address when registering. You cannot have more than one Leeds United Single Sign-On account per email address.

‘My Friends and Family’ will still be linked in Ticketing so you can purchase tickets or renew Season Tickets and Memberships on their behalf as normal.
