Those who were successful have been contacted via email and must use the link provided to purchase a ticket before Monday’s deadline.

In the event that any tickets remain unpurchased, a further ballot will take place on Tuesday 18th May, with those Season Ticket Holders who were originally unsuccessful.

Please note, in line with safety guidelines and to support the Government Track & Trace scheme, TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE and ID checks will be carried out upon entry to Elland Road.

Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing your West Bromwich Albion ticket:

1) Tickets are non-transferable

All tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the named Season Ticket Holder. Supporters (aged 14+) will be subject to ID checks on the day of the game and if the photo ID does not match the name on the match ticket, the supporter will be refused entry.

2) Code of Conduct

When purchasing your ticket online, you will need to confirm that you adhere to the Spectator Code of Conduct HERE.

3) Health Questionnaire

All ticket holders must complete an online health medical questionnaire which will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to the game. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation email which you must produce at the point of entry on match day. Your match ticket will only be activated once you've completed the questionnaire and received a confirmation email from the club advising that you have been cleared to attend.

4) Face Masks

Face masks must be worn at all times whilst at the stadium unless you are eating or drinking. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, you must email [email protected] in advance of match day.

The club strongly recommend supporters to allow extra time for the necessary above checks to be carried out at the stadium before entering the turnstiles. General admission turnstiles will open two hours prior to kick off.
