Leeds United are pleased to announce the launch of a new ticket exchange scheme that will help to allow more Members to attend more games next season.

Ticket exchange will allow all General Admission Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to sell their seats back to the club, on a match-by-match basis, if they are unable to attend any home league games.

Not only will this dramatically increase the number of tickets available to Members, it will also ensure that the stadium will be as full as possible for each home fixture, but you will also receive *100% of the cost of your ticket back in exchange.

To access the scheme and return your seat, Season Ticket Holders will be able to log onto their online account, select the game they’re unable to attend and release their seat back to the club for resale – it’s as easy as that. Please note, the option to resell your seat back to the club will only be made available once all General Admission tickets have been sold.

Each time the club are able to resell a Season Ticket Holders seat, the Season Ticket Holder will receive an online ticketing credit and this will be on a pro rata basis against the value of their Season Ticket price. The credit will automatically be added into your ticketing account once the game has been played and credit can be built up across the season and redeemed against your Season Ticket for the following campaign.

Once your seat has been resold for a match, the Season Ticket Holder will receive a confirmation email advising that their seat has been successfully sold along with the value of their ticket for that fixture.

If you have any queries regarding the Leeds United ticket exchange, please contact the Ticket Office on 0371 334 1992.

*For home Premier League games Season Ticket Holders will receive 100% of the value of the ticket on a pro rata basis. Effectively we will divide the cost of your Season Ticket by 19. Terms and conditions apply.
