Leeds United’s eSports representatives Donovan “Tekkz” Hunt and Jacob “NiKSNEB” Benskin have secured their place in the Quarter-Finals of the 2026 ePremier League after finishing top of Group C following an impressive weekend of competition.
The Whites duo collected six victories from eight matches, earning 18 points to finish ahead of Wolves, Liverpool, Burnley and Bournemouth and book an automatic passage to the last eight.
Strong start on Saturday
Leeds opened their campaign against Bournemouth and immediately set the tone.
Tekkz produced a clinical display, comfortably defeating xKaiHarris 5-1, before NiKSNEB followed up with a composed 3-0 victory over Gangle to complete a perfect opening round.
Round two saw a tougher test against Liverpool. Tekkz continued his excellent form with a 3-0 win over Zanieri-1996, but NiKSNEB was narrowly beaten 3-2 by Conkai in a closely contested encounter.
Statement performances on Sunday
Sunday’s action brought more standout moments for the Whites.
Facing Burnley, NiKSNEB delivered one of the performances of the group stages, defeating Okoya_ 8-3 in a high-scoring contest. Tekkz then followed by beating one of the tournament's favourites Salman 3-1, strengthening Leeds’ position at the top of the standings.
Leeds concluded Group C against a strong Wolves side. Tekkz claimed a 5-2 victory over his best friend DiogoMendes, while NiKSNEB suffered a 4-2 defeat to RastaArtur - results that proved more than enough to secure top spot.
Quarter-Final place secured
By finishing first in Group C, Leeds United bypass the initial knockout rounds and move directly into the Quarter-Finals of the competition.
The Whites will now return to action on Sunday 29th March 2026, where Tekkz and NiKSNEB will look to continue their strong form and push for the club’s second ePremier League title.
With Man City, Tottenham and Sunderland having also booked their place and kept apart in the last eight, Leeds will have to wait to find out who their opposition will be, as West Ham, Manchester United, Chelsea and Brighton all fight it out for the chance to face Tekkz and NiKSNEB.
