Tekkz and NiKSNEB chosen to represent Leeds United on the ePremier League stage

NikSneb and Tekkz Announcement

Leeds United are delighted to announce Donovan “Tekkz” Hunt and Jacob “NiKSNEB” Benskin as our representatives for the 2026 ePremier League Grand Finals, pairing one of the most decorated players in the history of competitive EA SPORTS FC with one of Britain’s most consistent rising professionals.

The Whites head into the competition with high expectations after assembling a partnership blending elite pedigree and big-stage experience that will hopefully see the ePremier League trophy return to Yorkshire following our previous win in 2023.

TEKKZ

At 24, Tekkz remains one of the defining figures of modern football esports.

He is a three-time ePremier League champion - lifting the trophy in 2019 with Liverpool and again in 2024 and 2025 with Manchester City - and across his career has amassed 11 major tournament victories. His honours list also includes five FUT Champions Cup titles, an eClub World Cup crown and the eChampions League.

Recently, Tekkz left Manchester City to join RBLZ Gaming, the esports team of RB Leipzig, as both a player and content creator. Through Leeds United’s collaboration with RBLZ Gaming, he now represents a link between two forward‑thinking football organisations, bringing the expertise and infrastructure of a leading European esports setup into Leeds’ ePremier League push. He currently sits 15th in the FC Pro World Rankings.

“I’m buzzing to be representing Leeds United,” said Tekkz.

“The ePremier League is obviously a big tournament. Leeds United have won it before, I’ve won it before, but we’ve never won together - hopefully this year we do.”

NiKSNEB

Accepting Tekkz’s call to join him as his teammate, NiKSNEB brings complementary strengths and extensive ePremier League familiarity.

He previously represented both Tottenham and Crystal Palace in the competition and reached the semi-finals of the 2025 edition with Spurs. His wider résumé includes victory at the 2024 Mid-Season Invitational and a runner-up finish at the 2023 FIFAe Club World Cup, while he continues to compete regularly in the FC Pro Open. He is ranked 79th in the FC Pro World Rankings.

“It’s a pleasure to represent Leeds United and I can’t wait to get going,” said NiKSNEB.

“It’ll be tough, as it is every year. We head into it as one of the big teams in the tournament and hopefully we can pull it off and win Leeds the ePremier League for the second time.”

ePREMIER LEAGUE

This season’s ePremier League Finals will be played on the newly released EA SPORTS FC 26 and carry a £100,000 prize pool, alongside qualification spots for both the FC Pro World Championship and the eChampions League.

The competition will take place across two live event weekends:

  • Group Stages: 28 February – 1 March

  • Grand Finals: 28–29 March

Each club fields two players, who work collaboratively and compete on their chosen console in a series of one-versus-one matches against opposing pairings. Final group positions determine the starting seeding within the knockout bracket.
