Team news: Nine changes made for Carabao Cup clash

Starting XI announced at Elland Road.

Jesse Marsch has made a total of nine changes for tonight's Carabao Cup Round Two fixture as we take on Barnsley at Elland Road.

Illan Meslier remains in net for the clash with a defence made up of captain Liam Cooper, who features for the first time this season, Diego Llorente, Leo Hjelde and Cody Drameh.

Adam Forshaw will play alongside Sam Greenwood in the midfield with Mateusz Klich in support.

Luis Sinisterra and Crysencio Summerville both start on the wings, with the former making their first competitve start for the club, whilst Joe Gelhardt starts in attack.

Our substitutes bench this evening features our new goalkeeper Joel Robles, along with Robin Koch, Brenden Aaronson, Marc Roca, Jack Harrison, Dan James, Rodrigo, Pascal Struijk and Rasmus Kristensen.
