No bluffing from Marcelo Bielsa after he revealed his Starting XI in Wednesday's press conference.

The Leeds United head coach makes one change for tonight's Elland Road clash against West Ham, as Rodrigo takes the place of Robin Koch.

Koch was a casualty in the 3-1 defeat to Chelsea last Saturday, which also saw his replacement Diego Llorente pull up in the final stages of the game.

Spanish international Rodrigo will be looking forward to linking up with Patrick Bamford again, his last start being the 3-0 win over Aston Villa.

The change is expected to see the defensive line shuffled about, with Luke Ayling moving into the centre back role, whilst Stuart Dallas switches to right back and Gjanni Alioski takes his place at left back.

Pablo Hernandez and Jamie Shackleton are also named on the bench for this evening's clash, after they both make their return from injury.

Leeds United Starting XI: Meslier, Alioski, Cooper, Dallas, Phillips, Klich, Harrison, Raphinha, Rodrigo, Bamford
