Leeds United have launched a survey around equality, diversity, and inclusion for supporters to complete, with the hopes of giving the club a better understanding of our fanbase.

The survey can be filled out online HERE and has also been emailed to all Season Ticket Holders and match goers, with supporters able to enter a prize draw with the chance of winning a signed Leeds United shirt for the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship season.

There is a range of questions for fans to answer, as the club looks to find our more around ages, genders, physical and mental health conditions, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and languages spoken by our supporters.

Please note, the survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and there will be a separate survey for all of our disabled supporters to also complete.

Those who would like to be entered into the prize draw will be asked to enter your email address at the end of the survey.
