Leeds United winger Stuart Dallas spoke to LUTV following Saturday’s defeat against Swansea City.
A late Wayne Routledge strike, meant Leeds’ unbeaten run in the Championship came to an end at Elland Road.
Dallas felt defeat on the Whites was harsh and insists the side will come back stronger after the international break.
“It’s disappointing, it’s a game we should have won,” said Dallas.
“It’s hard because we had a lot of possession and maybe didn’t create that clear-cut chance or get that bit of luck that we needed.
“I think we defended well and we knew if we did that, it would give us a platform and a base to attack well.
“You have to give them credit, they have come here, sat in and were hard to break down.
“They got a bit of luck with their goal, it is scruffy, but it has gone in and they’ve gone home happy, whilst we have a long international break now.
“We’ve had a great start to the season and we shouldn’t forget that, we’re disappointed at the minute, but we will regroup and go again.
“We know if we continue to play like we did, we will win more games than we lose, it’s just unfortunate we couldn’t do that against Swansea.”
