Robin Koch has been speaking to the media prior to his side travelling to face Wolverhampton Wanderers on Friday night.
The Whites will have a two week interval from Premier League action following the match, due to the international break.
After the win against Norwich last time out, Koch feels his side have had a confidence boost going into their next match in what will be another tough test.
Koch said: “The belief is there all the time, but especially after a big win - a last-minute win - it gives the confidence a little boost as well.
“We now have only important games left. Every win is really important for the points and also the confidence for the next game. I think this is the best moment for us to get this win.
“Wolves have done really well in this season and we know that. We have analysed them in video sessions and we go looking for three points again.”
Under new head coach Jesse Marsch, Koch has started all three matches. The defender - who can also operate in midfield - has enjoyed working with his new boss.
“He came on the first day and he had a clear vision for his tactical point of view,” Koch explained.
“Every session with do with him, like a video session, he shows us in training. It’s very clear and he knows what he wants from every player.
"He came here and said we need to stay calm, confident and positive. I think he is a really positive coach and person.
“This is good for the team and he is like this every day. You see this and it is good for all of the players.”
