Following a convincing victory over Redcar Town Ladies that booked a place in the FA Cup First Round last weekend, attention now turns to the League Cup Plate for Leeds United Women on Sunday afternoon, as they take on Stockport County Ladies (2pm).
Leeds now have an opportunity to reach the last 16 of the Plate competition, when Dan O'Hearne's side take to the field on Sunday.
His side will go into the game on the back of a morale boosting 5-0 win last Sunday, whilst the visitors were defeated by Liverpool Feds, who subsequently climbed above Leeds to the summit of the league table with their three points.
Laura Bartup will be looking to add her 14 goals this season, by attempting to make it an impressive eight goals in four games if she hits the back of the net on Sunday.
The match at Tadcaster’s Global Stadium is available for fans to attend, whilst there will be a full report and reaction from the clash right here on leedsunited.com following its conclusion.
