Leeds United Women host Yorkshire rivals Barnsley Women looking for successive wins for the first time this season (19:45).

Following last week’s 1-0 win over Alnwick Town Ladies, Leeds are in mid-table, sitting 6th at this early stage of the season.

The Whites will now be looking to make it three wins out of four after Olivia Smart's winner last Sunday in the North-East. Dan O’Hearne’s side play two games in four days as they also welcome Liverpool Feds to Tadcaster on Sunday, in what will be another tough test.

The visitors have lost both their games this season and sit bottom of the table, after defeats to Norton & Stockton Ancients and FC United of Manchester.

Laura Bartup and Kathryn Smith will be facing former teammates on Thursday evening, having both represented Barnsley previously in their career.

Fans are able to attend the match at the Global Stadium with ticket details below. Alternatively, you can watch live from home with the action being streamed on LUTV.

What has Laura Bartup said, ahead of the match?

“When you play against a former club you always have that little bit of extra fire in your belly. I am always up for everyone game, but when it is against a team you used to play for, you want those points more than anything. I’m looking forward to playing them, we’ve got a good squad and I believe we can have a six point week if we play as we’re capable of doing!"

Barnsley: 12th
