Leeds United face Luton Town under the lights of Elland Road on Wednesday evening, with kick-off scheduled for 7:45pm.
In another busy week of Sky Bet Championship fixtures which will see both teams play three times in the space of a week, each side come into this midweek clash on the back of a win.
Last time out, Daniel Farke watched on as the Whites were involved in a thrilling 3-4 win away at Swansea City, scoring a last minute winner in South Wales.
Having to come from behind twice, Manor Solomon scored a double at the swansea.com Stadium either side of a Ben Cabango own-goal, before Willy Gnonto netted in stoppage time to send Leeds to the top of the table.
After being relegated from the Premier League last season, Rob Edwards hasn’t seen his side have the start they would have wanted upon their return to the second tier.
However, two wins from their last three games has seen movement up the table. A 1-0 victory over Hull City at the weekend, courtesy of a Mark McGuinness goal, was a much needed three points.
The two teams have not met one another since the 2019/20 title winning season for the Whites. A 1-2 win at Kenilworth Road was followed up with a 1-1 draw at Elland Road, showing two tightly contested matches.
There will be plenty of matches throughout the league on Tuesday evening, meaning movement for each side in the table is likely prior the match starting, but once it gets underway each side will know what three points would mean to their position in the standings.
