Leeds United Women will make the short trip to South Yorkshire on Sunday afternoon, to take on Barnsley Women’s FC away from home.

This FA Women’s National League Division One North clash will get underway at 2pm, at the Olympic Legacy Park Stadium in Sheffield.

Supporters wishing to attend the game can still do so, with ticket information and pricing further down the page.

Simon Wood’s side will be looking to return to winning ways on Sunday after exiting the FAWNL Cup last weekend to higher division opposition.

In the league, the Whites have been going well, but will want to string a series of wins together. From eight games, Leeds have won five, drawn one and lost two.

Barnsley are the current league leaders after an impressive start themselves to the season. They have won six from their first seven matches and remain unbeaten, with the only dropped points being a draw.

Last time we met:

In the 2022/23 season, both teams won their home matches. Barnsley won 2-0 on their home ground, whilst Leeds took the three points themselves with a 3-1 win in the reverse fixture.
