The Leeds United Foundation would like to thank Premier Mist, a long-standing partner of the club, for their incredible recent donation of £7,000 to the charity.

The low-pressure water mist and sprinkler systems specialist held a company-wide ball in Oulton during September, and they decided to incorporate a silent auction to raise funds for the club’s official charity.

These funds raised will have a huge impact on the Foundation and the programmes they are delivering, helping and allowing us to change and impact more lives for the better across the Leeds region.

Wakefield-based Premier Mist is the UK’s leading specialist provider of low-pressure water mist and sprinkler systems with a reputation for delivering an exceptional and proven product to its clients across a wide spectrum.

Peter Duval, Chief Executive Officer at Premier Mist, said: “I am a lifelong supporter of my beloved club Leeds United, and I attended my first game back in 1975 and I was completely hooked from that day, onwards.

“I recently attended the Yorkshire Choice Awards, in my support of a nominee for the Young Achiever of the Year Award, and I was bowled over by the work and commitment of the team within the Leeds United Foundation and wanted to do all I could to support them and their wonderful work with children in the wider community.”

The Leeds United Foundation Partnerships Manager added: “We are hugely grateful to everyone at Premier Mist for supporting the Leeds United Foundation and for raising what is an incredible amount of money for us.

“The funds raised will make a huge difference to the Education, Health and Wellbeing, and Participation programmes the Leeds United Foundation provides to the Leeds community. So many people will benefit as a result, and so we can’t thank Peter and everyone at Premier Mist enough.”

The club’s official charity aims to use the power of football to enhance the lives of people across the region and beyond through initiatives focused on education, sport and healthier lifestyles. During the 2021/22 season, the charity supported over 40,000 people throughout Yorkshire, delivering over 500,000 hours of activity through more than 20 community programmes.
