Leeds United are back in action this weekend as they take on newly promoted side Portsmouth in our first game of the 2024/25 Sky Bet Championship season. Ahead of the match we would like to give supporters all of the key information they may need to ensure everyone is fully prepared for the fixture at Elland Road.

Arrival at stadium:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 11am (kick-off is scheduled for 12.30pm).

The Home Fan Zone and Away Fan Zone areas will both be open from 10.30am, with a variety of food and drink offerings available, including on all concourses and outside the East Stand.

Download your ticket:

All supporters have now been issued with new Season Tickets for the 2024/25 campaign, so please ensure you have downloaded the correct pass to your Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road, and ensure your smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email. If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

Wellbeing Team:

Our team of Wellbeing Officers will be working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing matters on matchdays at Elland Road. You can identify them through the maroon bibs they wear, and if you need to get hold of a member of the Wellbeing Team for any help, please just ask your nearest steward and they will ensure one comes to meet you at an agreed area.

If any supporters would like to use the prayer room or sensory room, or if they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact [email protected] so they can assist and book in a time slot for you where needed.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

The club has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, tragedy chanting or inappropriate language and gestures. The club condemns this behaviour, and you could be breaking the law. This includes any form of racism, homophobia, sexism or religious hate.

To report any incidents during visits to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information around the incident, your name and ticket details to 60006 as soon as you are able to. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will be looked into.

Matchday activity:

The club will host a minute of applause ahead of kick-off to pay tribute to the lives we lost during the 2023/24 season (June 2023 to August 2024) and this will include a list of names on the big screen.

Our principal shirt sponsor Red Bull will also be hosting a number of pre-match activities outside of the stadium, with Red Bull sampling on your journey to Elland Road and they will also be providing a DJ for the Home Fan Zone.

There will be Face Painters on hand in the East Stand from 11am and Lucas the Kop Cat will also be in attendance, for more information on timings please click here.
