The Leeds United Foundation delivered another successful set of Soccer Camps during the recent February half-term, with support from Joe Gelhardt, Sam Greenwood and Sean McGurk.
Almost 600 participants took part in the various sessions being delivered throughout the half-term holiday, with the trio of Leeds United players making a special appearance at the final session held at Garforth Academy.
During the visit, the three players took part in some small games with the various age groups in attendance, and they also chose to stay behind to hand out certificates and trophies to all of the young people, giving away a signed pair of boots to one lucky child.
The Foundation staff will be delivering their next set of Soccer Camps during the upcoming Easter break, with sessions being held from Monday 4th April through to Friday 22nd April. The sessions are delivered from 9am to 3pm, and are available for both boys and girls aged between 5 and 12, with all abilities welcome. Sessions will be available at the following locations:
- Garforth Academy
- Grammar School at Leeds
- King James's School
- Queen Elizabeth Grammar School
