Earlier this week we shared some key tips and advice from our friends at Leeds Mind on how to look after our mental wellbeing during this difficult period of lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many supporters may be struggling with day-to-day life, trying to find a new normal and stick to a routine that is so different to what we are used to so it is important now more than ever to look after your mental health and check in with those closest to you to see how they are coping.

It is important to remember that the restrictions for lockdown are there for a reason so please follow the government guidelines and stay home. to
