The match officials for Leeds United’s Sky Bet Championship clash with Millwall on Wednesday have been announced, with Leigh Doughty set to take charge at The Den.
Having made his debut in the EFL in 2019, Doughty has gone on to officiate 83 fixtures in the Sky Bet Championship, as well appearing in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
Wednesday’s fixture in the capital will be the first time the official has taken charge of a match involving the Whites.
Millwall, meanwhile, have a mixed record in their fixtures when Doughty has been in the middle, winning three, drawing two and losing four of their nine matches to date.
Most recently, Doughty oversaw the Lions’ 3-0 home victory over Sheffield Wednesday earlier in the season.
Last weekend, the official refereed Salford City’s 2-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup First Round.
