Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa spoke to the media ahead of Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship fixture with Derby County.
The Whites are looking for back to back wins in the division, after defeating Barnsley 2-0 at Oakwell last time out.
Bielsa spoke about Derby and their new regime under Philip Cocu, who took over as manager at the Rams over the summer.
“Cocu is a manager with a lot of prestige,” said Bielsa.
“He has a link with ball possession and both creative and dynamic play, but with a new manager, adaptation needs time.
“He is a manager trying to impose his own style and absences, injuries and the new style, have all had an impact on the team.
“The performances Derby have had is better than the results they’ve had and their play they have does not reflect the table.”
Bielsa also provided the latest team news for the fixture at Elland Road.
He said: “Everyone is fit for the game but Adam Forshaw.
“Tomorrow Luke Ayling is going to play a few more minutes in the Under-23s, he is close to us again and he is really important for our team.”
