Leeds United made it back-to-back Sky Bet Championship victories with a 2-1 win over Watford at Elland Road on Tuesday night.
Goals from Largie Ramazani and Brenden Aaronson put the Whites into an early lead, before the visitors halved the deficit in the second half.
Having entered the match early on in the first half, Manor Solomon gave his post-match thoughts to the media.
“I think obviously we started the game really well with two quick goals,” Solomon reflected, on the win over Watford.
“They [Watford] showed real resilience, they played well. We tried to continue, we tried to hold the game and to control the game.
“They scored a quick goal and then the game became more open. But we were well organised, we played well, we pushed, we didn't go back and we are happy with the result and I think we showed that we have character.
“After 2-1, it's really easy to go deep and to be more careful and to play more defensively. But I think we didn't do it.
“We continued to play our game, continued to press, to push forward. We should have scored another goal, which maybe would have finished off the game.
“We didn't do it, unfortunately and I could have scored, some other players could have scored, but we need to take it to the next game.”
