Leeds United and Marching Out Together are once again official sponsors of Leeds Pride 2026, and we would like to encourage as many supporters as possible to come along on Sunday 19th July to join in the incredible celebrations.
On its 30th anniversary, the event is set to take place across the upcoming weekend from Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th July around the city centre, with Leeds United proud to be leading the parade for the very first time.
The club is also pleased to confirm that former players Jermaine Beckford, Tony Dorigo, Noel Whelan, and Bridie Hannon will be a part of the Leeds United walking group along with a special appearance from Lucas the Kop Cat, showing allyship and support to our friends who are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
The club's presence at Leeds Pride is recognition of our continued commitment to equality and inclusion, and support for our official LGBTQ+ supporter's group, Marching Out Together, and we'd love as many people associated with the club in attendance.
Over the last 20 years, Leeds Pride has become more than just a celebratory event around the LGBTQ+ community, and now it is a testament to the progress and acceptance that has been achieved over the years.
Leeds Pride celebrates the incredible diversity within our city, and acts as a platform for education, highlighting the ongoing fight members of the LGBTQ+ still face every day.
Marching Out Together and Football V Homophobia will also be in attendance, two groups that the club have a close relationship with, collaborating on numerous projects over the football season calendar.
