Leeds United have teamed up with Fantasy Football Scout to bring you hints, tips and advice throughout the 2026/27 Fantasy Premier League (FPL) season. Scout will use its expertise to provide information, advice and gameweek tips that could help you stay on top of your mini-leagues. For many managers the difference between winning your mini-leagues and coming second is investing in the right differentials. Differentials are players who are owned by under 10% of FPL managers. These players are important as they can make the biggest difference to your rank as they help to differentiate your team from the teams around you. Here are three great Leeds United differentials to invest in after the international break. James Justin (£4.5m) Despite being the Whites’ fifth-highest scoring FPL player this season, James Justin continues to fly under the radar. Having completed 90 minutes across all five games so far, he’s picked up defensive contribution points (awarded to defenders for completing 10 or more actions such as tackles, blocks and clearances) on two occasions already and has claimed two bonus points in two matches to date. The data suggests Leeds’ number 24 has been unlucky not to have picked up any assists this campaign. Justin has created four chances for his team ranking joint-third amongst his teammates, whilst one of those has been considered a big chance. In the 2025/26 campaign, Justin scored a total of 94 points having scored twice and assisted one goal, as well as racking up nine bonus points and hitting the threshold for defensive contribution points four times. Having reached 26 points before gameweek 6 this time around, he’s well on course to surpass his previous total.
Ethan Ampadu (£5.4m) Leeds’ captain, Ethan Ampadu, is another player who has been quietly racking up points for FPL managers, tallying 21 points over the opening five gameweeks. Like Justin, he has also played 90 minutes across each of the season’s opening games, grabbing an assist and picking up defensive contribution points in 60% of matches. Ampadu has become synonymous with defensive contribution points since their launch in FPL last season. He made 416 defensive contributions in 25/26, the fourth-highest total in the entire game, which resulted in him gaining an extra 38 points during the campaign. More returns could follow for the 0.9% of FPL managers backing Ampadu. He has created five chances, bettered only by one other Leeds player, with 19 passes made in the final third, and he’s taken 2 shots. Combining his abilities to score FPL points at both ends of the field, Ampadu is certainly an exciting differential to consider. Noah Okafor (£5.8m) Partnering Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£6.0m) in attack, FPL managers got a flavour for Noah Okafor’s explosive point-scoring abilities last season. Between gameweeks 32-35, he registered an impressive 40 points, earning double-digit hauls in each of those with the only exception being gameweek 34 in which Leeds did not have a fixture in FPL. Over the current season, Okafor has one goal to his name and has gained one bonus point. However, having taken five shots so far, three of which have come inside the box, and averaging a shot every 60.40 minutes, the signs are good for his loyal FPL managers.
Okafor’s chance creation could also prove a useful route to FPL points. He registers second amongst Leeds players for passes in the final third as well as joint-second for passes inside the box and has delivered three accurate crosses to date.
