During an impressive professional career to date, Mr Bravo served as Director of Strategy at Real Madrid, leading on both the sport and business fronts at the Bernabéu. He joined the club in 2003 as it embarked on its programme for international expansion, before leaving at the end of 2010. During his time at Real Madrid, the club won several trophies and continued to lead the world’s football rankings on the business side.
Bravo became Director General at the Aspire Academy for Sports Excellence in Qatar in 2011 and has since overseen the growth of Aspire as one of the world’s best football development programmes with network clubs in Qatar, Spain and Belgium.
Speaking about his new role, Ivan Bravo, said:
