Karl Darlow has been named the Premier League’s Coca-Cola Save of the Month winner for April after producing a stunning stop in Leeds United’s emphatic victory over Wolves.
The Whites goalkeeper earned the award for his incredible reflex save to deny Wolves defender Ladislav Krejci at Elland Road, tipping a powerful close-range header over the crossbar with Leeds already two goals to the good midway through the second half.
It is the first time Darlow has claimed the prize since the award was introduced in the 2022/23 campaign, and he becomes the second Leeds player to secure a monthly Premier League honour this season after Dominic Calvert-Lewin landed the EA SPORTS Player of the Month award for December 2025.
Darlow’s outstanding intervention helped preserve Leeds’ clean sheet on the way to a commanding 3-0 win, with Daniel Farke’s side continuing their strong end to the season in the weeks that followed.
A spirited 2-2 draw away at AFC Bournemouth and an impressive 3-1 success over Burnley at Elland Road have since lifted Leeds up to 14th place in the Premier League table on 43 points.
The experienced stopper came out on top after public votes were combined with those from a panel of experts, beating five other shortlisted goalkeepers to claim the accolade.
