Jermaine Beckford is the latest name to sign up to the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on Friday 10th September.
The former Leeds United player will join club CEO Angus Kinnear, a number of other senior members of staff along with supporters all in aid of the Leeds United Foundation.
The club’s official charity are undertaking both the Yorkshire and National Three Peak challenges, with two different groups taking on the challenges on the same day. The fundraising events will raise vital monies that will support the work of the charity and improve its delivery of programmes, meaning that those most in need in our local community will receive the help they need, with access to opportunities they previously didn't have.
There are a limited number of places left available for the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge, so we are encouraging any supporters that are still interested in taking part to sign up now to ensure they have the chance to be part of what will be a fantastic occasion for an even better cause.
As previously mentioned, the challenge will take place on Friday 10th September and for those interested in taking on the exhilarating challenge there is a minimum fundraising target of £250 along with a registration fee of £35 per person. Please note that spaces for the National Three Peaks are now sold out.
