Leeds United head coach Javi Gracia spoke to the media ahead of Tuesday’s Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest at Elland Road.
The Whites are looking to make it three games unbeaten at Elland Road as Steve Cooper’s side make the visit to West Yorkshire.
Gracia spoke about the importance of the game and supporters in the fixture under the floodlights.
He said: “Maybe we will have some different options on Tuesday, but we have to prepare with the players we have.
“It’s our mentality in this moment, to be positive and try to play an important game at our best level.
“Now we are starting the most important part of the season, there are 10 games left and every game is massive for us and for them.
“We are playing at home and we know how important it is to play for the support of our fans.
“We have to make an extra effort and try to give our best, because this is our chance and the moment we have to try and take a big amount of points.
“We try only to be focused on the next game, which is the best thing we can do.
“Thinking this way, I think we are closer to achieving at the end of the season, our target.”
Gracia also spoke about what he is expecting from Forest, who are without a win in their last seven games.
“Now they have different options, if we speak about players because they signed new players and have many different options,” said Gracia.
“If you look at their last line-up and compare it with the game before, you can see they did many changes, can play with different shapes and different players and have many options.
“In the last game I think they played well and in my opinion they have quality players.
“It’s a team that defeated us a short time ago and we have to be aware of that.
“They are a good team and we have to do something different and better to beat them in the next game.”
