Leeds United face Coventry City at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon, in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Whites have kept four clean sheets in their last five league outings, including the win over Cardiff City away from home last weekend.
Having been between the posts for those games and playing every minute of the league campaign so far, Illan Meslier previewed Saturday’s clash with LUTV.
“It was a good win an important win and react after, unfortunately, the loss against Burnley,” Meslier began, reflecting on the win in South Wales.
“It was good to win and to take the clean sheet. We've been serious, and we’re now happy to be back at home against Coventry.
“That's a difficult team because even if they are not well positioned in the table, they are still for me, a play-off team. So it's difficult and it's important to not underestimate them.
“It will be important to score pretty quick, make sure also that we keep the clean sheet and to take the three points, to make Elland Road happy.”
Having played over 150 times for the Whites, the number one knows his experience will be key over the coming weeks, with a busy fixture schedule, as the team continue to work hard and build relationships.
“We need a lot of training and matchday to fit, to have a good relation between each other,” Meslier explained.
“It's normal that it takes time, but we are in the right direction and this is the most important.
“We know we will travel a lot after Coventry, so we just need to be very prepared and analyse as much as we can on the opponent.
“But we know already how they will play, because we faced them already.
“Obviously, you know, it's just taking game after game, being very focused and concentrated to take three points for each game.”
