The Leeds United Foundation will host their next Coaches Club event in April that will help to support sports coaches based both at the charity and throughout the local community.

The main aim for the Coaches Club initiative is to provide education around coaching that align to the core sets of values at the club and Foundation, whilst also creating opportunities for coaches within the community to get involved in the ever-expanding workload within the club’s official charity.

This next workshop will be held on Wednesday 27th April at Elland Road, and there will be a focus around the various Health and Wellbeing programmes currently being delivered through the club's official charity, kicking off at 6pm.

During this session the following areas will be discussed with those in attendance:

-          A breakdown of programmes that support a variety of individuals that may face challenges with mental and physical health.

-          Different activities that are fun and relaxed that can be used to suit the needs of each participant.

-          How you can engange and support people of all ages, helping them to adopt healthy lifestyle changes.

-          Creating human networks to provide access for the support they need, strengthening their social lives by providing the right help and inspiring a greater sense of belonging to the community.

The event on Wednesday 27th April will be held in the LUDO Lounge at Elland Road, with a 5.45pm arrival time and 6pm start time.
