The Leeds United Foundation will be launching two new cohorts for their Fit Fans programme in April, with spaces available for males and females in the local community.

The FREE 12-week weight management programme is an initiative that focuses on supporting people who want to make small healthy lifestyle changes, that will help to impact their lives in a positive way. These new sessions, starting throughout April, are open to males and females, across two separate sessions per week, for those aged between 35 to 60.

The first new cohort for males will begin on Monday 25th April, with weekly sessions taking place at Elland Road from 6pm to 8pm. Whilst the second cohort for females only will start from Thursday 28th April, with sessions taking place at Elland Road each week from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

The Fit Fans programme is the perfect way for fans and other people in the local community to socialise with like-minded individuals, also giving them the chance to get fit and active, making small and manageable adjustments. The main aim for the coaches delivering the sessions is to support those taking part in the programme, ensuring the changes that you are making will be easy to maintain past the 12-week mark.
