The Leeds United Foundation will be launching two new cohorts for their Fit Fans programme in March and April, with spaces available for males in the local community.
The FREE 12-week weight management programme is an initiative that focuses on supporting people who want to make small healthy lifestyle changes, that will help to impact their lives in a positive way. These new sessions, starting in March and April, are open to males only who are aged between 35 to 60.
The first new cohort will begin on Thursday 10th March, with weekly sessions taking place at the Hamara Centre in Beeston from 10am to 12pm. Whilst the second cohort will start from Tuesday 5th April, with sessions taking place at Elland Road each week from 6pm to 8pm.
The Fit Fans programme is the perfect way for fans and other people in the local community to socialise with like-minded individuals, also giving them the chance to get fit and active, making small and manageable adjustments. The main aim for the coaches delivering the sessions is to support those taking part in the programme, ensuring the changes that you are making will be easy to maintain past the 12-week mark.
