The Leeds United Foundation will be launching two new courses for their Fit Fans programme throughout September, including one for males and one for females.

The FREE 12-week weight management programme is open to both men and women, aged from 35 to 60, and focuses on supporting people who want to make healthy lifestyle changes that will help to impact their lives in a positive way.

This initiative is the perfect way for supporters and people in the local community to socialise with like-minded individuals whilst also getting fit and active, making small and manageable adjustments.

The main aim of Fit Fans is to support the various individuals taking part in the programme, encouraging those small lifestyle changes that will contribute to a healthier and more active way of life – that will be easy for participants to maintain past the 12-week mark.

The qualified coaches at the Foundation will not tell you what you can and cannot do, but they are there to offer advice and support that will hopefully help you reach your own targets and goals.

If you are interested in taking part in one of the cohorts, please take a look at the different sessions available below for males and females. A weekly face-to-face session will take place at Elland Road, with support available online throughout the rest of the week.

Cohort 1A: Starting 7th September through to 30th November, every Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm (MALES ONLY)

Cohort 2A: Starting 8th September through to 1st December, every Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm (FEMALES ONLY)
