Who is doing well for the Whites?

Fantasy Premier League returns this weekend and managers have had plenty of time to tinker with their teams ahead of the next round of fixtures.

If you've not made your transfer yet, we take a look at which Whites players are starring in this year’s game, along with other hints and tips…

Who is Leeds United’s top point scorer?

Striker Patrick Bamford is currently Leeds United’s top point scorer in Fantasy Premier League.  From eight Premier League matches this season, Bamford has racked up a very impressive 58 points.  In the overall game, only five players have more points than the Leeds forward and that has seen his transfer value in Fantasy Premier League rise from £5.5m to £6.1m.  Currently over 34% of managers playing the game have Bamford in their squad.  His biggest individual points haul of the season came in our 3-0 victory over Aston Villa, with Bamford scoring a hat-trick, earning him 17 points.

Who else is doing well?

Next on the list of point scorers are Mateusz Klich (36) and Helder Costa (33).  Poland international Klich has scored twice for the Whites this season and provided three assists counted within the game, with his latest coming in our last game against Crystal Palace.   Costa has scored two goals and provided two assists, with his highest points tally coming against Fulham, where he secured 14 points.  Both players have also seen their value increase within the game to £5.5m.

Which Leeds players are earning the most bonus points?

Bonus points are devised and allocated post-match according to a Bonus Points System (BPS). The BPS utilises a range of statistics supplied by Opta that capture actions on the pitch, to create a performance score for every player.  The players with the top three BPS in a given match receive bonus points - three points to the highest-scoring player, two to the second best and one to the third.  As expected, Bamford has collected the most bonus points for Leeds so far with nine.  Illan Meslier and Rodrigo have both collected three bonus points, whilst Robin Koch, Klich, Jack Harrison and Costa have all earned two bonus points so far during the campaign.

Which Leeds players could be good buys?

Bamford, Klich and Costa are the obvious choices due to their points tallies.  Harrison is showing a lot of potential though.  He has played one game less than his fellow Leeds team-mates and has created a huge 18 chances, with only four players in the Premier League creating more.  The winger has accumulated 29 points so far and could well add to that tally over the coming weeks.  He is also still available at his original price of £5.5m.

Who represents good value for money?

Liam Cooper (9 points) and Ezgjan Alioski (11 points) are available at a cut-price £4.4m, whilst Luke Ayling (17 points), Robin Koch (19 points), Stuart Dallas (25 points) and Illan Meslier (26 points) are all available at £4.5m.  After missing Leeds’ last two games, Rodrigo (18 points) has seen his price fall from £6m to £5.7m and now could be a good time to add him to your squad.

When is the deadline to make changes?

Managers have until 11am on Saturday 21st November to make changes to their team for Gameweek 9.
