Leeds United Women are excited to announce Ella Harris has joined the side, becoming another of four new additions to Simon Wood’s squad of the summer.

Featuring most recently for Cheadle Town Women, the 25-year-old was part of the side that lifted the FA WNL Plate last campaign, in which she converted the winning penalty in the final.

Ella made her breakthrough at Huddersfield Town Women, coming through the development ranks before making her real breakthrough in 2017 where she made 17 appearances.

After another year with the development side, the versatile player made her mark in the 2018/19 season where she appeared 33 times.

After a short stint at Brighouse Town in 2022/23, Ella made the switch to Cheadle, where she scored once and was the penalty shootout hero as her side achieved a second placed finish in the league and a trophy lift.
