Leeds United can confirm Charlie Cresswell has today joined Toulouse FC in a permanent deal, for an undisclosed fee.

The central defender will immediately head to the French Ligue 1 side, bringing an end to his long-term association with the Whites, having progressed throughout our academy age groups.

The 21-year-old made his first team debut in September 2020 in the League Cup, before then going on to make his Premier League debut in September 2021. Overall, he made 14 appearances across all competitions.

After recently spending time away on loan from Elland Road and with first team opportunities limited, Cresswell will now continue his career at Stadium de Toulouse.
