Burnley: Supporter Matchday Information

Make sure you're all match ready.

Elland Road

Leeds United are back in action following the recent international break as they face Burnley in the Sky Bet Championship, and ahead of the match we would like to give supporters all of the key information they may need to ensure everyone is fully prepared for the fixture at Elland Road.

Arrival at stadium:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 11am (kick-off is scheduled for 12.30pm).

The Home Fan Zone and Away Fan Zone areas will both be open from 11.30am, with a variety of food and drink offerings available, including on all concourses and outside the East Stand.

Download your ticket:

Please ensure you have downloaded your Season Ticket or match pass to your Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road, and ensure your smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email. If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

Wellbeing Team:

Our team of Wellbeing Officers will be working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing matters on matchdays at Elland Road. You can identify them through the maroon bibs they wear, and if you need to get hold of a member of the Wellbeing Team for any help, please just ask your nearest steward and they will ensure one comes to meet you at an agreed area.

If any supporters would like to use the prayer room or sensory room, or if they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact [email protected] so they can assist and book in a time slot for you where needed.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

The club has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, tragedy chanting or inappropriate language and gestures. The club condemns this behaviour, and you could be breaking the law. This includes any form of racism, homophobia, sexism or religious hate.

There are tough measures in place across all English football leagues to tackle any dangerous and illegal behaviours, and this not only includes any form of discrimination but also fans entering the pitch, the use of any pyrotechnics, smoke bombs or flares, and the throwing of any objects within the stadium.

To report any incidents during visits to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information around the incident, your name and ticket details to 60006 as soon as you are able to. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will be looked into.

Matchday activity:

The club will be paying tribute to former player Sol Bamba on Saturday, with a minute of applause ahead of kick-off. The players will also be wearing black armbands to honour our former captain. Additionally, we will also be paying tribute to young supporter Bob who passed away recently following a battle with cancer, with a photo on the big screen on the 6th minute and we encourage all supporters to join in another round of applause.

There will be Face Painters on hand in the East Stand from 11am and Lucas the Kop Cat will also be in attendance ahead of the game.
