Leeds United face Brighton & Hove Albion away from home this weekend, travelling to the South Coast for game number 10 of the Premier League campaign.

Speaking exclusively to Premier League Productions ahead of the match this week was Brenden Aaronson.

The midfielder began by reflecting on the win over West Ham United last weekend, in which he scored the opener after just three minutes on the way to securing the three points.

“I think it meant the world to me and I think it meant the world to the team,” Aaronson responded, when asked about the game.

“It was huge and I think it's going to keep the momentum going for us.

“I think any footballer, especially in the attacking positions, wanting to score goals, get assists, to finally get that goal that I've been working towards for a while now was huge for me as well.”

Our USMNT international was then asked about how he has found the Premier League so far this season, as well as his thoughts on facing our next opponents, Brighton.

“I think of course it's the best league in the world for me. There's no doubt about it. I think playing at the highest level game in and game out, it's different every game, but it's also like that level of quality is unbelievable.

“I think everybody knows how Brighton wants to play. They're a really good football team, I think they're really comfortable on the ball. Both centre backs are really good with the ball at their feet.

“I think for us, we’re going into the game thinking we can still get points no matter what and having that mindset of going there and trying to do the best we can.”
