Tickets for home games initially go on sale to Members approximately three weeks before each game. Members have an exclusive seven day period to book their tickets ahead of general sale. Platinum & Gold Members have the first priority to purchase their tickets. Tickets will then go on sale to Silver Members (subject to availability). During the priority period Members can book up to four tickets each.
General sale commences upon conclusion of the Members priority period, approximately two weeks before the game (subject to availability). You can purchase up to four tickets per person.
The on-sale date for home match applications will be brought forward by TWO weeks for the benefit of Regional Members' Clubs to make block bookings before tickets are made available to Members. All official on-sale dates will be detailed in the Latest Ticket News
The club reserve the right to restrict the maximum number of tickets available to purchase for high profile fixtures to avoid tickets being made available through unauthorised sources. We reserve the right to amend on-sale dates or change the selling procedure for any fixture. Fans that purchase additional tickets on their Membership / customer number will be responsible for the conduct of those fans they have purchased tickets for. We accept Cash, Cheque, Postal orders, Leeds United Gift Vouchers, plus all major credit / debit cards with the exception of American Express. Booking fees
Booking fees apply when purchasing tickets via credit/debit card. Tickets purchased online incur a booking fee of £1.00 per ticket. If purchasing tickets via the Ticket Services Call Centre, the booking fee is £1.50 per ticket (includes seat moves and upgrades) No booking fee is charged when purchasing tickets in person at the Ticket Office counters. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. This applies to all ticket purchases; other than in the event that a fixture is re-scheduled, fans must apply for a refund within seven working days of the announcement of the change. Not Received your home tickets through the post?
If you do not receive your match ticket(s) through the post, please contact Ticket Services in advance of the game on 0371 334 1992
or email firstname.lastname@example.org . We will arrange for replacement tickets to be printed and left for collection on the day of the game from the West Stand Ticket Collection Point. Please bring a form of identification with you when collecting your replacement tickets. Replacement tickets cannot be issued in advance of the matchday. If you do not report the non arrival of match tickets in advance of the game, no refunds or exchanges are available once the game has taken place. Can I change my match ticket seats?
Yes. If you move into a higher priced area then you will pay the upgrade price (price depends on the match category) If you move within the same area or into a stand of the same value, you will incur a non refundable £5 charge per seat. The fee is waived if the ticket holder purchases the equivalent number of additional tickets to their original booking. The £5 charge is not applicable to the Family Area.
