Why should I renew now?

If you renew before the 27th March 2020 you are guaranteed your Season Ticket at the cheapest possible price*. The club are not planning to sell any Season Tickets after this deadline date.

 

How long is my seat reserved for?

All current Season Ticket Holders for the 2019/20 season have their seat reserved until the deadline of Friday 27th March 2020. After this date all non-renewed seats will be released.

 

Will prices go up if we get promoted to the Premier League?

No, as long as you have renewed your Season Ticket prior to the 27th March 2020, you will pay no more for your Season Ticket even if we get promoted.

 

How can I renew my seat?

The renewal process will begin from Wednesday 12th February 2020 when current Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase their seat for next year online, paper forms will then be sent to those who do not purchase online within three weeks.

 

Can I change my seat?

Any Season Ticket Holders who wish to change their seat are advised to send a covering letter with their season ticket renewal form or email tickets@leedsunited.com. These requests will be kept on file in strict date order of receipt and will be processed (subject to availability) at a later date once our renewal window closes. Any increase in price must be paid for by credit or debit card, cheque or cash payment.  Alternatively, available seats are shown online now.

 

Can I transfer my season ticket to another supporter?

If you do not wish to renew your Season Ticket but pass it onto a friend or family member then do not renew your Season Ticket. You need to send a covering letter with your renewal form to the Ticket Office before the deadline date of Friday 27th March 2020. The letter must state that you give your permission for the club to transfer the seat into an alternative name- details of which must be stated in the letter. The supporter taking over the seat will be classed as a New Applicant and will not qualify for your renewal discount. The Ticket Office will reserve the seat and contact the new applicant to confirm the Season Ticket price and arrange payment.

 

Will I receive a new Season Card?

The club will NOT be issuing new Season Cards to existing Season Ticket Holders for the 2020/21 season.  Fans are advised to keep their 2019/20 Season Card safe. If you renew the same seat, and your price band remains the same, then we will activate your 2019/20 season card for the 2020/21 season.

New Season Cards will only be issued to new applicants (if applicable) and to those existing Season Ticket Holders who change their seat or price band (i.e Junior to Adult). Season Cards for these supporters will be dispatched approximately two weeks before the first home league game.

 

I am a current Season Ticket Holder, can I buy additional season tickets for my family members?

Not during the renewal period which is exclusive to those who held a Season Ticket for the 2019/20 season.

 

Will you release more seats to be sold to Season Ticket Holders if we get promoted to the Premier League?

No, if we win promotion to the Premier League, we will cap season tickets to the same number of season tickets we have sold for the 2019/20 season, which is 23,000.

 

Who will get priority to apply for new Season Tickets after the 27th March 2020 deadline should they become available?

If any tickets are not renewed by existing Season Ticket Holders, then the Ticket Office will firstly process any seat relocations from existing Season Ticket Holders, then they will be offered to Members who have attended the most home games this season. The number of tickets made available is expected to be very small.

 

If I don’t have a Season Ticket now, how do I secure a Season Ticket for the future?

The club are currently not planning to go on general sale. However, if we secure promotion to the Premier League, we will open a Season Ticket waiting list.
