Duo join from Barnsley Ladies...

Leeds United Ladies are delighted to announce the double signing of new Whites duo Abby Parkin and Holly Findlay from Barnsley Ladies.

Abby Parkin, who has also played for Bradford City Ladies, became a prominent member of Barnsley's defence during the last four seasons. Parkin also captained The Reds to the 2016 Sheffield and Hallamshire FA Challenge Cup Final, winning the trophy for the first time in the club's history.

A fellow Challenge Cup winner, Holly Findlay also joins from Barnsley, where she has spent the last five years. After joining The Reds, Holly quickly became a regular in the side, and was on the score sheet in the 2016 final against Huddersfield Town Ladies.

January has been a busy month for Leeds United Ladies, who also recently welcomed Rosie Gill and Francesca Wild into the squad. All four have already started training with the Whites at Thorp Arch, and will be available for tomorrow’s game against Chorley Ladies at Victoria Park.
