Young football enthusiasts are being encouraged to sign up to a series of Soccer Schools during the February half term - a fantastic way for youngsters to learn from top coaches in a professional setting.
The schools, delivered by the Leeds United Foundation, and aimed at children aged five - 12, are designed to develop young people’s technique, ability and general football and movement skills.
The Leeds United Foundation-led courses are run by fully qualified UEFA coaches and take place across the City and West Yorkshire.
The schools are a fantastic way for children to not only develop their football skills but they are a good way to make friends and experience coaching in a professional environment.
Young players have the chance to take part in either a day course or book individual days as preferred from just £59 for four days or £17 per day.
Neil Mortimer, Participation Project Officer at the Foundation, said: ”We are really looking forward to welcoming youngsters on to our Soccer Schools again. They are really popular with kids of any ability and they are a great way to try out football for the first time.
“We have top coaches who deliver the sessions who make sure that all abilities are catered for and that the sessions are fun and enjoyable as well as educational.”
The Soccer Schools run from 12 February until 15 February and can be booked online. For further information on venues and times please visit www.leedsunitedfoundation.com, alternatively email email@example.com. You can also call to book 0113 367 6307
