The groups for the 2019/20 Premier League Cup have been drawn today, with Leeds United's U23s set to face Birmingham, Derby and Wolves.
Carlos Corberan's side enjoyed a successful run to the semi-finals of last season's competition, overcoming a group including Newcastle, Southampton and Notts County, before defeating Burnley and Fulham in the following rounds.
As well as a good cup run, the U23s also won last season's PDL-National title, and have continued that good run into the new campaign, having picked up two wins and a draw in their first three games.
Dates, times and venues are still to be confirmed for Group H, however the format is expected to follow as laid out below:-
