Preview: York City Ladies vs Leeds United Women

A look ahead to Sunday's cup match.

Leeds United Women face a break from league action this week, with a trip to York City on Sunday in the FA Women’s National League Cup.

Rick Passmoor’s side are looking to bounce back from a disappointing performance and result last time out, as they fell to a 3-1 defeat at Norton & Stockton Ancients.

The hosts are also going into the game off the back of a defeat in the North East, they were beaten 3-2 by Middlesborough last weekend.

The Minsterbelles are new to the division after achieving promotion last season and have started the season with two wins, two defeats and a draw.

Supporter information:

For supporters wishing to attend, the game is at York St Johns University Sports Park, Haxby Road, York, YO31 8FY. Admission prices are £3 for adults, U12s go free.

Alternatively, we will have live updates and a match report right here on leedsunited.com and highlights will follow on LUTV.
