New signings for Leeds United Women

Two new signings announced for first-team.

Leeds United Women are pleased to welcome two new additions to the first-team squad for the 2019/20 campaign.

Millie Kenyon is a striker and joins from Oughtibridge War Memorial in Sheffield and has already played a handful of games for the first-team, scoring five goals in just three games. Mille has previously played for Sheffield FC and Sheffield United in the Women’s National League.

Kirstie Hunt is a central midfielder who has joined the team from Nottingham Forest. Kirstie has plenty of experience having played in higher divisions with both Guiseley and Nottingham Forest.

The team currently sit in second place in the WPL Division One North League, just three points off the top spot. The two new signings are welcome additions to the squad as they look to progress this season and fight for promotion. 

Leeds United Women are back in league action on Sunday 8th December as they take on Bolton Wanderers on home turf at Thorp Arch. The squad will play a friendly fixture against Hartlepool on Sunday afternoon (24th November) as they look to keep up momentum.
