A dominant display saw Leeds victorious in the rearranged local derby against Bradford City.

In a first half played in dreadful conditions, it was the home side who had the first chance with Jakeman falling to get any power in her shot to trouble Wattam.

Leeds took the lead on the 16th minute when Millie Kenyon fired in her third goal in two games from 12 yards.

The Whites went close again when Rebecca Hunt was denied by a brilliant save from Routledge, before Kenyon couldn’t force home the rebound, only to watch as Cassidy shot just over.

Leeds doubled their advantage three minutes into the second period when Kenyon headed home her second following a brilliant cross from Holly Findlay.

Abbie Brown then went close before substitute Millie Ash first saw her shot flash across the face of goal, then have her free kick held by the keeper.
Captain Bridie Hannon who was a rock all night was denied at close range, before both Ash and Rebecca Hunt came close from free kicks.

Leeds did add a third a minute from time, following a foul in the area on Abby Parkin by Routledge and Rebecca Hunt fired in from the spot to seal a fine win.
