Leeds eased through to the next round of the plate with a comfortable victory over local rivals Bradford City at Thorp Arch. 

    

The Whites had the first chance when Jodie Hunter was denied the keeper from a narrow angle, before Olivia Smart fired over from 20 yards. Leeds went close again soon after, when Rebecca Hunt fired just wide after a great cross from Abbie Brown. Emily Cassidy then had a deflected shot held by the keeper.

   

The game's first goal finally came on the half hour mark, when Abbie Brown tapped home Cath Hamill’s superb pass. Hamill was inches away from making it two but couldn’t quite get a touch to Brown’s cross. Bradford levelled through an own goal from Jodie Hunter five minutes before the break. 

   

   

Leeds re took the lead eight minutes into the second period when top scorer Rebecca Hunt poked home after great approach play from Brown. Brown then forced a great save from the keeper before Cassidy fired in from 25 yards. Kenyon almost made an instant impact from the bench but was denied by a fine save. Leeds were then awarded a penalty when Brown was chopped down in the area and Hunt fired in from 12 yards. Hunt was denied her hat trick as her low drive was saved by the keeper. Kenyon then fired just over after great play from Brown. Kenyon then tried her luck from distance but shot wide.
