Simple steps to ensure fans are match ready for 2022/23 season

Leeds United announced a comprehensive upgrade of the ticketing system for the upcoming campaign recently, with mobile ticket entry now facilitated at all 92 turnstiles around Elland Road.
Ahead of the 2022/23 season we wanted to remind supporters of the simple steps to download your ticket ahead of each match. A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and hold your match ticket, whilst also increasing the security and protection against fraud element, this is also part of the club’s long term sustainability plan to reduce paper and plastic use at the stadium.
Fans will receive their season tickets and match ticket confirmations via email, and within that email there will be a link to download the ticket directly to your smartphone. Please ensure you do this ahead of any given match – before you get to Elland Road.
Once downloaded you will then be able to ‘add’ these directly to your Apple Wallet or to Google Wallet (android) on your smartphone. We strongly recommend that supporters download mobile tickets immediately after receiving email confirmation to ensure you are always ready for match day.
To gain entry into the stadium, fans simply need to open their wallet before they get to the turnstile, choose the correct mobile ticket for the match in question, and hold their phone near the reader. You will be able to swipe across for additional tickets.
Leeds United understand that this is a new process and supporters may have a number of questions, so the club has produced an in-depth FAQs section on the club website which includes easy to follow video guides to make the transitional process easier for all supporters, we would urge everyone to read this carefully.
