Congratulations to young striker Robbie McDaid, who has been called up for the Northern Ireland Under-21s squad for their forthcoming European Qualifiers.

The 18-year-old, a regular fixture for our Under-18s last season, has been named in Jim Magilton's squad to take on Scotland and Iceland next month.

Northern Ireland U21s face Scotland on September 5 in their first group game, before heading to Iceland three days later.
