Denmark Add Rasmus Kristensen To Latest Squad

Defender set to face Finland and Kazakhstan

Following his goalscoring exploits on Saturday, Rasmus Kristensen has been added to Denmark's squad to face Finland and Kazakhstan.

Kasper Hjulmand named a 23-man squad last Tuesday, but following a weekend of fixtures and Kristensen's goalscoring exploits against Wolves, the defender has been added to the squad for their EURO 2024 qualifiers.

Kristensen has made 20 appearances for Leeds this season, scoring after just 23 seconds at Molineux on the weekend.

The right-back will be hoping to add to his 13 caps for the international side, which included playing all three groups games at December's World Cup in Qatar.

The Danish men's national team gathers on Monday in Helsingør, where the team will train before the Euro 2024 qualifier against Finland on Thursday 23rd March. The team will then travel to Astana in Kazakhstan, where Denmark will play on Sunday 26th March.
