Team news: Starting line-up announced to face Elche CF

Kick-off at 7.15pm UK time.

Leeds United face Elche CF in a friendly match this evening at the Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero stadium.

The first team squad have been training for the last week in Spain as they prepare for the return of the Premier League later in the month, with 24 players in the travelling squad altogether.

Jesse Marsch has chosen a strong starting XI which will see Joel Robles between the posts, with Illan Meslier and Kristoffer Klaesson unable to travel.

In the Whites defence, captain Liam Cooper is joined by Luke Ayling, Pascal Struijk and Leo Hjelde, whilst Adam Forshaw and Marc Roca link up in the midfield.

Jack Harrison and Crysencio Summerville feature on the wings tonight, with Rodrigo and Joe Gelhardt playing up front for Leeds.

Goalkeeper Dani van den Heuvel is accompanied on the Leeds United bench by Mateusz Klich, Sam Greenwood, Willy Gnonto, Sonny Perkins, Darko Gyabi, Cody Drameh and Mateo Joseph.

The game will kick-off at 7.15pm (GMT) and is being show live on YouTube for those who have not travelled to Elche.
